I tried getting help from Paytm coz somebody fraud have access to my account. KYC was already done on that account. I raised a request and Paytm care told me to provide the same KYC document which I have already share to get access to my old account. However Paytm is not concerned about anything. Some fraud person have the access of my Paytm account and they are doing nothing. I am just waiting waiting and waiting….
