Hi, I am Anshuman Singh. Yesterday I and my Mother was just sitting and we both got message that “Our Paytm account is blocked” almost at 10:00pm . I, then provided all the documents for verification but then they say my account is blocked due to having a mule account i.e. i am transferring the money multiple times. But according to my knowledge Paytm is meant to transfer money. If they don’t want that then they can just shutdown Paytm. I tweeted on twitter also and messaged them on twitter but no reply came. My amount of Rs. 359 and in My Mother’s account 859 Rs. in Payment Bank and Rs 100(approx) in Paytm wallet is stuck. No one is answering any where. I am ready to do all type of validations and verifications possible but first they have to contact me. I am very upset with the services of PayTM. A|My KYC was complete
