Dear sir I ordered a package for my friend as a gift for him at the time of final delivery nobody called me and parcel was delivered as I seen in my application next day when I Saw I called to Paytm and raise the ticket and after some time Paytm is saying that it is delivered to me only even I was not there at my location and again Praduman for whom order was ordered also went to Bhopal but after some time I don’t know what happened courier agent called me and said that parcel is not delivered to him a call he received from someone and then delivered to him and even after then he collected or arrange the Aadhar card from the shop of a Mobile by showing a parcel details to match that it is of Praduman or not and safed the detail even i received the call from legal team of Paytm and he only talked to everyone one to me Praduman and to shop member shop keeper was neighbour of Praduman so when courier agent ask about hum and requested to show him he seen by saying only that he has not ordered the package and but he but marked delivered and put the Aadhar as delivery proof and not helping even I only ordered the package I have also call recording with courier agent he only was saying that was not delivered to Praduman then alsobpaytm is saying delivered to Praduman
