Dear Sir,
I have ordered 3kg Farganic malai gurbandi Almonds on 16th September 2020. In amazon application it’s showing from 18th September 2020 that my product is delivered but i have received 250 gram almonds against my 3kg order.
First time i have called to amazon customer care on 19th September and customer care representative informed me that they will get back to me with solution within 2-3 working days. Daily i get this same response from service repetitiveness till 30th September 2020.
Today they are saying that they have done investigation of my order and my order is deliver on right address and they cant help out in this case. I am very much upset with this kind of response from amazon service team. This was not my first order and i was also in contact with seller who dispatched this product to amazon. When i asked service guy to take on con call to delivery guy who is saying that he has delivered product on my address but they did not take him on con call neither providing any other information to provide solution. They are indirectly saying that i should bear loss of Rs,4500 appx without my fault.
I am very much disappointed with the service team response and finding my self helpless. I will be thankful to you if you take some action and provide me solution.
