I want to file a complaint against the Amazon delivery service
I have received a call from the Amazon delivery person on May 11 and he said that today I am not well so won’t be able to deliver the item today and given me assurance that he will surely deliver my item on May 12.
I trusted him and when I received the call from Amazon, I have told them that they attempted to deliver the item.
However; the delivery person didn’t call me on May 12 and I called him more than 30 times but he use to cut the call.
Later the canceled the delivery by mentioning the reason “buyer refused the delivery”
I am very disappointed because if an integrated shipping carrier an violate the policy and misguide us, how can we trust on Amazon and what is the benefit of being a Prime member!!!
Please take strict action against the Amazon delivery service hub Bokaro Jharkhand
