Text of Complaint by Anju Rifa:

I have ordered a sofa set and it’s a prepaid order(worth 29,000). I was said that it will be delivered on 15th oct, 2022. But now it is 22nd Oct,2022 and they still haven’t delivered it yet. It says it will reach by 29th Oct,2022. But they told last time it will reach by 15th oct,2022 and 22nd Oct,2022 but it didn’t. When I contacted their customer service,they didn’t give a proper response to me. They also are not giving me the contact details of seller when I asked them.
