I had ordered one black heel and one black shoe on flipkart. My schedule delivery was on 16 feb 2020 but I got message on 15 Feb that I order is out for delivery. I waited wholeday n tried to reach the delivery guy. He didn’t pick up. Next day, after waiting whole day I registered a complain regarding not delivering the product as promised. The executive told me that I received the product next day before 7 pm. On 16 feb around 1.22AM , I got a message saying my order has been cancelled. When I reach the executive about not informing me beforehand, they told me place a new order as the previous order has already cancelled. Then I asked them about my another order, they ensure me that I will get that order but around 4 am I got another message on cancellation of my order. Because of this two order I have wasted my so much time. I want flipkart to take some genuine action on it. How a delivery guy can cancel my order without informing me.
