My order OD115250297021946000 was placed against exchange where the exchange got denied for the defect. On order confirmation it was clearly mentioned that i can always get the delivery by paying exchange value. I made request to get the delivery and pay exchange value. I never received any response and suddenly my order got cancelled. I am going to court now for harassing me with my time, effort and money. Flipkart is making fool of me for last several days. You do not have value for customers. I have all the records and communication made so far.
