I am working by Biryani by kilo company buz my joining date 01/10/2021 buz I am full improvement company my designation Rider delivery boy but I full improvement and full growth and I first month is the biryani by kilo company best of rock start but 21/10/2021 is my accident on duty I have the order but I infrom the comstor but comstor say me go 2 the hospital but I say no I give the order then I will go the doctor then I will inform the on duty incharge but he is not given me the response and dnt send the email by Biryani by kilo company email but I stay in the store out let duty incharge is. Not repossible but I stay and working but I second day is nt come on duty but he duty incharge already see my accident then he duty incharge send the biryani by kilo whtapp group send the sms Javed whr r u order is pending duty incharge name dhiru Mishra
But my nill is damage I am nt feeling beter go 2 the doctor but my parents he she the doctor and take the treatment but I infrom the area manager he tell me take the rest I say ok
But doctor say me the take the bedrest but I eleven days rest then I will joing the duty 03/11/2021 and I give the doctor certificate and medicine bill but company my medicine bill is 50% persent approval but my salary 11 days he dnt give ok I say the. Store mg Mr Ambar Shaikh y nt given me the salary but he say I send I email Mr Rahul hr but I call the hr second day he say me I send the email eisi hospital buhe say call u the eisi hospital officer call him and thec vist but 2 months is I dnt any update call and update. My October 11 days salary 2021 is also pending
And second reason I working November 2021 store manager mr ambar Shaikh he is Fraud take the petcash 3000 thousand and used and he said me Mr Akshay area mg call u say the I take the advance 1500 i say just call me then I am say this is a wrong and second 1500 dhiru Mishra he is accepted but don’t call Mrs Akshay area mg me and dhiru Mishra then he come may be vashi navi mumbai satara palaz outlet then i will say mr Akshay area mg he take the petcash Mr Ambar Shaikh store mg he is personal used and he blame me this is liar and I will say the dhiru Mishra say he say the u accept the 1500 accpect
But dhiru Mishra hesay the no. I say ok but I am my small child he is 12 month kasam se he tell me Mr Akshay area mg call u u accept 1500 advance.ok then i will say the mrs Akshay area mg ok I say the liar ok bui am say the akshay arear mg say the mr ambar Shaikh store mg he is payer the vashi store out let say t the mr ambar Shaikh store mg put yr hand and say the pray t musala he say no. But he no I say mr Akshay area mg say the Biryani by kilo Simon sar he is owner give me the number he is say the no I will say the ok dnt wory then i will go 2 head office and he is help me then he is give the number Simon sir number and also Archit Sharma operation number then i will send the Sharma SMS then I will talk to you for some word he say me arrange the call Mr Pradeep general manager call me I will say all all issue he is say me solve the issue then I will say the please clear my October 11 days salary and new member 11 days salary and November petrol kilometre amounts he say me
I request you humble please help me resolve My issue
