Sir,
iam PavanKonreddy,
on 15th dec i ordered 3 thickshakes form “MAKERS OF MILKSHAKE”
1st one-was at 12:17am
2 & 3 one’s at 12:44am;
initially all the three orders were confirmed .but later between 1:12 am – 1:15am i got a call from zomato delivery boy (for the 1st order i made at 12:17am) and said “The restaurant is closed by the police orders and the food cannot delivered to you . so, i’ll try to initiate refund for your order”. Then i said ok;
in the mean while i got another call from zomato delivery boy ( one of order that i placed at 12:44am); he came to my location and called me and i took my item;(i am fine here);
everything is fine till here;
but the other order i.e., 1030963376 ; it is the one for the actual reason i am mailing you..;
this guy didn’t even called me; but cancelled my order ;
later when i had a chat with the zomato support they said “the ordered was cancelled because i am not responsive”;
and i came to know that i was cheated by zomato;
i also observed the following things ;-
1. the delivery boy is no where at the resutaurant ,even he didn’t moved from his location ( i was continously tracking him on zomato); (u can also check it)
2. i attended all the call that i had received from 12:00am to 1:16am ; but you cancelled the order as if iam not responsive ( PROOF:- I will add my call log below)
3. The restaurant is closed around 1am by police as said in above ;
4. The order was not even picked up;
I tried to solve it with in the chat support but they are saying ” mail to our support”
don’t make us to loose trust on u because such delivery boys;
he is a cheat;
iam ready to file a complaint against you, if u also try to blame me
do investigate any manner; and refund me my money ; even pay me compensation for blaming me for your mistake;
iam waiting for your replay;
hope ill get a good one….
