Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have been facing with Meesho Company, a company that operates in the e-commerce industry. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with the company, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.

The issue I am facing pertains to a recent purchase I made on Meesho’s platform. I received a faulty product that was not as described on the website. I immediately contacted the company’s customer support team to initiate a return and refund process. However, the company’s response has been inadequate and unresponsive, leading to a prolonged and frustrating experience.

I have tried to follow up with the company through various channels, including email and phone calls. However, each time, I have been met with unsatisfactory responses or complete silence. This has caused me significant inconvenience, financial loss, and mental distress.

As a consumer, I am aware of my rights under the Consumer Protection Act. I believe that Meesho Company is in violation of these rights by failing to provide adequate customer support and timely resolution of my issue. I would like to request your intervention in this matter to help me receive a satisfactory resolution.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take appropriate action against Meesho Company to ensure that my consumer rights are protected. I have attached all relevant documents and communication records for your reference.
