Respected Sir/Ma’am, My name is VIKAS MISHRA This is complaint regarding the vouchers which I bought recently from one of their marketing guy Named Aniket Kadam( contact no. 7057301930) While explaining about the offer I was not told about the terms and conditions in thorough details. While explaining about the scheme marketing person should have told me the terms and conditions completely and not after buying the vouchers and card activation. I don’t find this offer any beneficial for me and such a disappointment for misleading the people by giving incomplete information. When I asked for a refund, not even responding to it, nor receiving the my call.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
