I ordered food from mp07 restaurant via zomato and this place was 800 Mtr away from my place but due to lockdown rules I can’t go outside so I ordered food as there were guest at my place and despite paying them the rider phone was unreachable and when I texted about the same issue to zomato customer helpline they instead told me that rider is at my location but his number is not reachable.

Now the twist is that according them to zomato their rider name is Narayan jatav bit his name is Arman khan  ..what kind of verification they have done and they have  done this second time .

They should be punished for the same and we should set an example for such behavior in near future .
