I ordered Water bottles of Set 2 on the e-commerce website named Flipkart but I had received only 1, so firstly I called the deliver boy whether he delivered correctly or not then he replied ” I have delivered what I got” secondly, I requested Flipkart customer care to call back and explained everything about the incident after listening to my concern they replied that “we have escalated the issue to the concern team and they will contact you through mail or call” but I didn’t got any mail or call, so I kept on calling them for the resolution, they not even solved my issue but also blocked my account by mentioning ‘due to a high number of returns from your account. At the same time, I had an amount to pay for Pay Later so they sent me the link to pay the amount without solving my issue, from this, I have understood that the company needs profits and shares rather than customer satisfaction. This was happened nearly 3 months ago, I have waited till today for their resolution but I didn’t
