Issue with my account blocked by Flipkart ????

#Flipkart, one of the E Commerce website in India. Everybody knows the one side of it’s income source but some days ago I got to know the other side of it which was horrible.

I bought Redmi 8 , order got cancelled, I got a mail that you will no longer be able to login into your account it is blocked by flipkart.

I had more than 9 k GV in my 3 years old #Flipkart account. When I called customer care and enquired about the same they said “Blocking is system generated, we don’t know the reason and neither we can unblock nor refund the GV.

After trying alot through all customer care channel, social media, I uploaded Video on #Youtube channel to expose #flipkart, aware people and know their reaction. I was surprised to know that there are huge number of people who faced this issue and still money is not refunded.

#Flipkart block all accounts who keep GV in there wallet and never respond on it.

I need all your favour to share this post and to expose this well known site.

  1. Hi My name is Ajay and flipkart blocked my account last year October 2019. I have complained to the customer care many times but not solved the problem. My account blocked recently also.     after been sold to Walmart Flipkart is doing strange things like suspending its own customer accounts ..
