I have ordered one plus bluetooth and 4 other product from Amazon.in and pay the sum online through cc… I got 4 other item but onelplus bluetooth was missing and in my amazon app it is showing that oneplus bluetooth is delivered.. when i complaint in customer services they assure me and put a replacement optn…and after 2 days.. today replacement optn also disappear from app… Then i complaint today about it then customer service told me that they can not replace that product and they can refund my amount…Amazon betrayed me….
.but i dont want refund…i want replacement…becoz that prodct will not get me same offer and same price….
Plz help
