on 14/01/2023 i ordered a narzo 50 pro 5g mobile which has a offer of a 899 worth earphone but on 16th there is no earphone in the package even after placing order i chat with a customer executive who confirm me that i will recive it with mobile ,but after delvery when i quary 1st time they told me there is no such offer,2nd time the offer was wrongly written and cut the call and 3rd time they told me you are not eligible for the offer as you paid different method but there was nothing t&c in there and aslo i paid by sbi cc which was mention on it. three times 3 different answer and fraud by amazon .i have screenshot of the offer and chat executive confirmation of getting ear phone screenshot. My order no was Order# 408-1647478-4598760 and seller on amazon Darshita Electronics .I want the earphone or compansession for this fraud.
