My Amazon account has been blocked and they are not ready to unblock that. after asking in email they said that my account was related to some account which was involved in the Amazon policy violation and they are not saying that who was the person/account and how I was related to that account/person. And a major question is on Amazon how a normal (Not even prime) account can be related to any other account.
I have tried reaching out them on customer care call center , through E-mail, through Twitter…but nothing worked.
I NEED my account to be unblocked.
