Greetings. I have wrote you several times and again writing you now and sharing some history of my problem which was not solved for almost ONE YEAR::
988584558 was a Hutch number, then Vodafone. I PORTED into AIRTEL PREPAID on 15-07-2014. I have been used for about 6 years as AIRTEL PREPAID from 15-07-2014 to 23-07-2020, and then changed to ONE AIRTEL on 23-07-2020.
Many times I have visited AIrtel Stores. Now the AIRTEL Store is telling me that my number is not in the AIRTEL network?
What happened and why it is not in AIRTEL, as I have not PORTED out of AIRTEL?
It is my regular and public number which displays on daily TV and it is a lot of inconvenience to people who watch my TV program.
You made me a lot of inconvenience and wasted a lot of time and emotional hurt. You also collected money every month.
Many times complaints have been booked but not solved.
I have been talking with your people and you are wasting my time to talk and to send mails. But no use. My problem was not solved till today.
Again I repeat my problems:
1. No Incoming Calls and No incoming and outgoing Messages for 9885845588 for many days.
2. I get a separate Bill for DTH apart from my One Airtel Bill Plan of 799 Rs. I pay an extra Bill.
3. I have been facing Internet issues for 9505845588 (no regular internet for this) and also 9885845588 low speed. I have taken all steps of settings and changing Handsets. But no use.
4. Reply from Airtel Ex: ” Further I would inform you that your service request for network issue is still in progress for your reference 31-3555349603772 and the same will be resolved within 09-02-2021 at 11:00 AM.” but look in my mails how many times 9 or 8 days have been given to solve this issue but not solved.
5. Please look into this matter below with Airtel Plan details then compare with my Bills I paid, then think about my number has not been working with Incoming for many days. But you are collecting mails.
