I had done a adhar based kyc for one year, My kyc expired in a year and there was some money in my wallet. Now I can neither use this money for any bill payment nor transfer into my account. Afer some time I got video kyc option in paytm and I provided my pan details for full kyc. But it is still not upgraded. And always shows that My kyc is under process and it may take 2-3 days. Today I went to my near by kyc point but it was also saying your video kyc is under process…
I want to cancel my video kyc permanently
I want my money from paytm wallet anyhow.
I called paytm customer customer care they have registered a compaint but there is no response yet.
