Yes, it is a fraud. I have been using Zomato gold from past 1 year. But now

1. They have come up with 2 Zomato gold per table. As we go out in groups. 10 to 12 friends and all of us have Zomato gold.
2. Zomato Gold can be used only once a day. Previously it was once a day in a restaurant. so u could use it for breakfast, lunch n dinner n sometimes for late night drinks also.
Due to all these changes. We requested Zomato Gold to cancel our membership. They have cancelled it immediately but have not refunded us our membership amount. Now this the fraud by Zomato. Its been 3 months now. Whenever we mail them for refund they reply us that we are working on your payments. We will pay you at the earliest. From past 3 months i have been chasing them for my refund amount by they have still not refunded
My advice to all is never opt for Zomato gold or if you opt for it always remember to continue till your membership expires & never update your Credit card for auto payment. As Zomato will automatically deduct membership fees from your credit card without informing you.
