am from India and I had a fully verified main BC.Game casino account where I used to deposit and play regularly. In 2025, BC.Game suddenly locked my account without giving me any prior notice or clear explanation, even though my verification was already completed.
On 24 April, after I complained, my account was opened again and they told me that they would give me only the “principal amount”. They allowed a withdrawal of 4 lakh and then locked my account again. My total balance and losses on the platform are much higher, but they have kept the remaining money and are refusing to release it.
I contacted their agent on Telegram to resolve this. The agent told me that they have already given me the principal amount and that I should not message them more. When I insisted and asked for proper proof and explanation about why my account was locked and my funds were taken, the agent threatened me that if I keep complaining, they will block me from all complaint platforms.
I find this behaviour extremely unfair because they lock accounts of users who win big amounts, do not provide any transparent proof or reason, and then try to silence the customer by threats instead of resolving the issue. I am requesting that BC.Game return my full money and losses that are stuck with them and provide a clear written explanation for locking my account and withholding my funds.
I want my remaining balance and losses to be refunded back to me and I want this matter to be investigated properly so that no other user faces this kind of treatment in the future.
