In Nov-17, by paying 500rs, I became Flipkart First customer for 1 year by virtue of which I was getting free delivery of products. In the month of Aug-18, Flipkart discontinued this service without refunding the money I paid for the service. They launched a new program i.e. Flipkart Plus service in which you have to collect 50 Flipkart coins by placing more and more orders on Flipkart. I did the same and became FK plus customer in the month of Sep-2018. Now yesterday all of sudden they blocked my account giving reason that I am doing reselling of the products. Not only that, I had around 8000 FK Gift card added in my account and FK is not ready to refund them. Due to ongoing sale, I had placed many orders on FK which have been cancelled by them without any refund. This is unexpected from an online store like Flipkart.
