I had made a KYC account on paytm. After this I took my newly issued Paytm debit card to withdraw money. But instead they blocked my account. Without any reason or notification. They just blocked it.

I add money hdfc net banking in a paytm 10,000 amount my bank detail show debited 10,000 but why is my wallet show zero amount where is my money please give me my money
