I had ordered a product from myntra and the product delivered was different,i immediately informed the customer service they took a complain on the same and the return was successful created from their end.but the return was cancelled after 3 days after that I created a return request for the same and the return got in self ship mode.They had promised me that refund will be initiated once the product reaches the warehouse but still no update was received from their end till 27 April after that they took complains and made me wait They only did fake promises and then banned my account which is very disgusting and not acceptable my product costed 5802 rs which is a huge amount for middle class people
