Hi,
I’d like to inform you that the Paytm representative updated my Aadhar for a different person’s name accidentally and said that my Aadhar has been updated for my number.
However, when i found that my Aadhar has still not been updated I went to one of the Paytm stalls and got to know that my Aadhar has already been used but not in my name.
I also had a word with the same representative who had updated it accidentally and was told that it’ll just take 2-3 business days to get the information updated and my Aadhar will be removed from the person’s number on which the Aadhar is accidentally updated and even that person has written several email but nothing happened and the Aadhar is still updated on that person’s name.
Even I wrote to Paytm and have two tickets opened with them and they even confirmed on the ticket that it’ll take 2-3 business days to process it.
I’m pretty much frustrated now and want the immediate action. Don’t just come with the apology but do something for your valuable users.
