Text of Complaint by Sajila Kotwal:

I have two numbers for Vodafone 9643306785, 9643306784

In January I have paid my oustanding dues for 9643306785 and have multiple times asked Vodafone to disconnect this number. Since January as I called requested customer care for disconnection they 1st advised me to visit store which I denied because I was not able to go to store and the person I spoke to assured me that number will be disconnected. I broke the sime and since then I have not used the number. a normal person would believe what is being told by the company representative. but today on 27th May  after 4 months I got a call from (9899113650) to clear my outstanding dues of 500/- and they said  number is still not disconnected.

This is a pure customer harassment where I have to bang my head with customer care and everytime I get a new answer. why is it so diffcult to disconnect a number when I do not need it. Company like Vodafone  I think should not be known for Telecom sector but for putting customer into false promises.

2) 9643306784 My plan for this number was 499/- I recievied a call from vodafone to upgrade my plan to new plan launched 999/- and I denied as I did not want additional charges. I received multiple calls and was assured I would not get additional charges and my bill will be just 499/- but I will get additional benefits to which I agreed as I was not charged extra. But in my next bill I was charged 1000/- which I raised  acomplaint to vodafone and no resolution provided. I asked my plan to be rolled back but they said it can not be done for 6 months as per the poloicies and If I want I need to pay 3000/- to lower my plan. This is completely insane. We trust the companies representative who is calling us and this is what happens to a basic customer. People have been given targets to achieve and the lie and do fraud to achieve it and in the end customers suffer and then we have to waste our time to look for resolution and spend our hard earned money because we have been lied to.
