Have made a payment of Rs. 2660/- on 23/7/2020 through Google Pay to MSEB. The payment details are as under:

The amount got debited from my HDFC bank account but MSEB could not locate the same in their system neither I got the refund. MSEB raised the same amount as unpaid in the next electricity bill which I had to pay. Visited their office and raised multiple complaints through their Mahavitaran App but no solution yet.
