I took loan from mpokket(my friend from my id). I lost my mobile at that time and i was unable to login to app to pay loan.i mailed them and requested some alternative way to pay the loan but these guys never replied to me.after few months they contacted me with heavy penalty (almost double of loan amount) and harassed me to pay but i said them it was their fault but they kept on adding penalties till now
