We booked the show of Antman and tha Wasp: Quantamania in K Movie Star Cinemas of 10:30pm on 21st February 2023. Show was cancelled due to less booking but we didn’t got any update on such particular thing no message, no emails or calls. After reaching the venue the theatre staff left after telling us the show was cancelled and we also contacted Book My Show customer care and we also gave the theatre staff our call to settle something but the services told us they will file complaint within 24 hours and will let us know about the update.
But the problem is not about the show getting cancelled now its about what about the wastage of time and energy we went through of such event as it was a late night show and no update was given and plus we were just getting excuses from the theatre staff and also the customer care services that they are sorry,
There is no point of sorry in this matter and not only us but there was second group also who talked with the customer care through my end (phone) they were also told the same thing.
I need our refund as soon as possible and also “compensation” of what happened to us as there was loss at our end only.
