1st day after installation when I turned on the TV and watching live IpL matches from installed JIo Cinema app, line of white line were there above and below panel. Which was coming sometimes and vanished sometime in same match. I made clear video of the same. So initiated replacement the same day. While tech visit next day they called tech support and describe the problem but support guy told them to close the issue with ‘issue resolved but customer unhappy’ and reject the replacement even tech visit person also witnessed the same issue. I have shared all evidence (video and pictures) of the issue. I am helpless now after getting a defective product worth 32000 rupees.
