Text of Complaint by Saurav Mishra:

Dear Sir,

I am Complaining you regarding the worst service of Vodafone, i was trying to connect the customer care Service because i was unable to use the internet facilities provided by the srever.

So, i called the customer care department to resolve the issuse, but after wasting my more than 22 mins nor of the person didn’t respond to my call.

Now days everyone is giving importance to time and they just wasted mine, i was waiting to connect the call In English Language.

After that i disconnected the call and tried again in Hindi Language again they we’re saying, I’ll have to wait for atleast 14 mins.

I would like to ask to the service provider, the money they are putting on advertisement, instead of that why don’t they hire some more people’s to resolve the issue.

In that manner who have that much time that a person could get connected.

So, at the end i believe Consumer Complaint Court will take some serious action, so nor of the citizen could not get this type of pathetic service in future.

I was asking for only those facilities, for which i paid.

Currently I Am Living In A/78 shyam Colony Ballabgarh Faridabad Haryana.
