Hi Sir,Maa’m,
I am using Vodafone number as my secondary number since the number is too old I can’t leave it. I get all important and work related calls on this number. Recently I found out that no one is able to contact me on that number since a month. I had no idea about minimum recharge policy for incoming calls which the company has implemented to be rupees 35 for 28 days. I was already having some balance in it which was less than 35. I hardly use the no. for any outgoing calls.
So,my concern is that this minimum recharge amount will keep on accumulating in my account.
Secondly, when talked with customer care of vodafone about the intimation sent before stopping my incoming services. They told that I would have got some 3 alerts about that. Going back and checking all my month ago sms, I couldn’t find any one among the alerts they sent.I find it is not all in ethics to stop incoming services without at least an intimation so that we could decide our course of action about it. I am sure to have missed plenty of important and urgent calls from my friends, family, work related and all.
- This problem might have been faced by many.It would be much helpful if something could be done about this issue.
