Sir, Recently I tried to apply Driving Licence for LLR No. LLRAP23506476520 through APRTA Citizen Portal on 18th September, 2020. I filled all the required details for Driving Licence and after coming to payment process, I used to select Paytm UPI Option and I scanned the QR Code mentioned there i.e., E-COMMERCE. After Scanning code, I paid Rs. 964.34 amount through Paytm Wallet with Order ID. 11136339959 and Wallet Txn ID: 31178181286 to E- COMMERCE. After completing payment, the RTA Site did not redirect the site. After that I waited a while, but nothing was displayed successful. I went to APRTA Citizen portal and again logged in with the respected details, the payment status showing that the applicant have to repay the said amount and payment got failed. But my money was deducted from Paytm Wallet and no refund was took place. Transaction done by mobile number 8985036888.Kindly look into the matter and process my refund as soon as possible within one week as otherwise I ll be take legal action
