I transferred the amount of Rs. 5800 to the wrong user by mistake viaPAYTM whose paytm no is : 9575158356 from my paytm no : 8516027063 whose transaction id : 23111042459 and the date and time of transaction is 22 feb 2019 and the transaction timing is 18:28. so please consider it as first information report.
