PayTM offered fastag services with home delivery. I accepted the offer and transferred money into my PayTM account. I was promised home delivery by December 11.
I have tried to contact PayTM on their app several times.
1. I haven’t received my fastag
2. I can’t see the order on the list of orders
3. I haven’t received a response despite several attempts at asking for an explanation
4. I have requested a cancellation of my order – again no response
