This Instagram page called Butterfly Nursery| Plants & Pots is running a plant delivery business on Instagram. After reading the client reviews, I checked with them for delivering few plants to my address in Mumbai. While I was finalizing my order, the person representing this business on chat, told me that there is a dispatch the next day and urged me to make the payment of Rs. 1575 on the same day itself. I made the payment promptly and was told that plants would be dispatched as soon as possible. However, even after 10 days of making the payment, plants have not been dispatched, and the page is now unresponsive to my queries. Despite multiple follow ups, and them committing on the chat that the plants will be sent to me at the earliest, I still do not have any update about the plants 10 days after I made payment of Rs1575 out of my hard earned money. I have not only lost my money but also have lost faith in lots of other small businesses functioning through Instagram.
