I had booked bus ticket through Paytm with booking ID 6587048346 and the bus operator cancelled the service for that day and bus operator reverted back my money to paytm , but the paytm is not refunding my money back to me despite they are saying that the Bus itself not cancelled on that day.
I had submitted all the proof’s to paytm customer care.
I don’t think paytm is not at all looking at those proof’s
