This is long running case. I had ordered an item iPhone 15 pro 128 GB from eBay vide order number 13-11134-73528. Which has not delivered to me yet. Therefore I tried my refund money back many times. But due to eBay app has no button for refund money button for such cases. I failed to do so at that time. Then after custome care number call received to me that the item has received as US seller. Then again I tried to refund my money back. But as per eBay has no policies for buyers in such cases; again I failed. As the same has claimed under the policy of refund or return window. Now again I facing an issue that I have sent the return request to eBay’s. Which is not correct. I am unable to solve this long pending refund issue. As of now the conditions are same-
1. The item never delivered to me.
2. Item has received to buyer as on last month i.e. March 24. As confirmed by eBay customer support call.
3. I am unable to find my refund option in eBay, as it has no refund button to raise a ticket , when item is not delivered.
