Text of Complaint by Thiyagarajan Varatharajan:

Dear Sir/Madam

24-Apr-23: Self ordered on Zomato. Payment my Bank (ICICI) through NetBanking. Order was cancelled immediately for some reasons.

27-Apr-23: Self received SMS from Zomato that money will be refunded by 04-May-23

04-May-23: No money refunded. Then i checked App wich says money will be refunded by 12-May-23

12: May-23: No money refunded. snapshot from Mobile app

Since 22-May-23, Self sent so many mails but Zomato response is that they didn’t receive money and check with my Bank.
Even after sending Bank response, Zomato response not changed. It looks like machine reply rather than human
