Text of Complaint by ARUNKUMAR T:

I’ve prepaid for hotel booking via OYO rooms app. When I went for check-in, the hotel manager demanded extra money from me. I’ve denied staying there and called customer care for refund. They haven’t refunded yet. It’s been more than 45 days since I lodged the complaint.
