I am very disappointed with customer care & 24×7 service of Paytm app. it’s just useless.
I sold my gold on 19th April. that it was shows the gold sell is pending. I am continuously followed by 24×7 & finally my gold sold on 27th April & i received a message that the money is credited in my account at 9;45 PM ON 27TH April .Till date i didn’t receive money in my bank account. I SENT SATATMENT TILL DATE TODAY ALSO & BEFORE ALSO ON 24X7
Also my bank name is shri mahila sewa bank which is operated by HDFC. EARLIER I DID ALL MY TARJECTION IN SAME ACCOUNT FOR GOLD SELL.
till date money is not credited in my bank account. Many senior people called me but till date I didn’t receive payment. I checked with my bank 5 times with UTR given by paytm but they didn’t able to find any payment with this number.
