Booked accommodation through oyo booking id IVVA0577 and paid advance of 2210rs but hotel didn’t provided the accommodation and even oyo customer support is unable to provide the accommodation in alternate locations so they mentioned they are refunding. Creates a ticket and mentioned it will be refunded in 7 to 14days but it’s been more than 3 weeks and still didn’t received money ticket id: 5587221078 . Now oyo is not replying to mails and if i contact through call they forwarding to thr automated system which is stuck with same steps even after entering correct details.
