The following is history about TATA
I had asked to deactivate connection in August 2022. The complaint number being 3TLNOC8D. They had called and i was unable to take the call/ So asked for call back.
They didnt call back and sent an email which states they were unable to reach me.
MAin issues :
I asked for transfer of connection to my friends account. I even provided the NOC(3ZSY70I7) , cancelled cheque (ticket # 3Y4B0Z24)but account was made active , but money in my account was not transferred to his account as stated by them.
There is no transperancy in tracking the issues logged with TATA.
I had raised a Call for getting the list of tickets raised with TATAPLAY along with ststus of each. Customer care person said she will not be able to provide the details. Asked for email confirmation, said she will provide the same, but the call closed without providing the details (4H71SDLE, 4HFS2TZ5)
Last the Binge automatically getting subscribed , even when the customer service said they had deactivated the subscription.
Even though i am not using their services i been kept charged for Binge pack of iNR 59 and network fee of 153 INR for months togrther now.
When i log a call i get a reply from TATA customer service that my subscription is cancelled, but it is not getting cancelled in the backend.
I had reported this issue with TATA PLAY a lot of times. There is a serious issue their end. Lot of people like me are being affected. Kindly request you to check their service and help me regain my money .
NOTE : I am sick of talking to their customer support. Please help me gain my money from TATA PLAY And request you to fix the issue once for all so it benifits other customers
