Hello Team,

I am Pradeep Gottipati using Future Pay Central Wallet from last 10years under mobile number 9491350489. I heard yesterday that all Central stores are closed couple of months back and unfortunately I have loaded around 3000 INR to my Central Wallet from the bank/card and forgot to redeem them.

I would request your help to revert that amount. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
