on 18 november 2018 at 8:20 p.m i am trying to order a gaming laptop of 62990 rs. but order is not completed as message came payment failed but a message came from bank “Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 510XX1287 for a purchase worth Rs50000.0 on POS  89050473 at PAYTM txn# 489113”. sir, i want to know who is responsible for my money deduction from my bank account. and if iam calling paytm custtomer service they are denying that paytm is not responsible for deduction.
