On 28 November 2018 at 6:26 p.m i am trying to order a Iphone – XR of Rs.81400. but order is not completed as message came payment failed but a message came from bank “Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 559XX9443 for a purchase worth Rs.74866.0 on POS 89050473 at PAYTM txn# 187465”. Already complaint raised my home branch state bank of inida, Coimbatore and the Manager also fill a complaint in Paytm Cybercell dated on 1st december 2018, that ticket no is 98437705 . Even I contact local paytm team in chennai he also told me fill a complaint in Paytm cybercell. Please look at this issue and solve this immediately. Almost eight days gone . Please return my money or product.
