I had ordered Kfc from swiggy on 17th Feb’23, order number: 159652417609, with the help of swiggy agent I successfully modified the order adding one regular chicken popcorn into it and they gave me confirmation about the addition over chat and said to pay ₹121 to deliver boy for regular popcorn, though I’ve already paid for the rest of the ordered.
Once I received the order, I paid ₹121 to deliver boy ( Ajad Singh) by paytm but the order doesn’t contain any regular popcorn. I received the incomplete order and paid extra ₹121 for nothing. I had contacted Kfc and they confirmed there was no addition to your ordered. I felt very bad and cheated as I paid the extra money but haven’t received my full order.
I tried contacted swiggy many times over chat email but they closed the chat without any resolution. Agent called and said to write an email which I did, but still receiving no response.
My concern is not that small amount which I’ve paid but I felt like cheated and after that no one takes any ownership to solve my query. Poor customer service, with no heart people seating their end, totally waste of energy time.

So many times I have complained to the restaurantI will do it even if they don’t care, I will complain and they don’t care, so it is not a problem because they are serving such food, I ordered that food from swiggy app and I gave information to swiggy but they don’t care, even though I already called the restaurant, they didn’t get any response, they keep ordering the same food every time
