hello sir/mam
I am vijay kumar currently i am living in Gandhinagar, Gujrat. I ordered food on Zomato and after placing an order i cancelled immediately but zomato deducted my money from my Paytm account and didn’t refund.
i cancelled my order within 1 minute after placing. and they told me that i have to pay cancellation charges and cancellation charges is equal to total order price.
its not fair. they are not giving back my money.
