There was Rs. 530 in my paytm wallet (Mobile Number: 7438804884) and on 30th November 2018 they deducted it by showing message “Wallet Blocked” with wallet transaction Id: 21675680544. I came to know this when I checked my balance on 3rd December 2018 and then I equired with paytm but they did not had any answer and solution for that. They gave me a complaint number : 98874607 but closed the same the next day without even giving me a reply. Then again I called them on 6th Decemeber 2018 and registered a complain with number 99412716. And today after 4 days they have not refunded my money.
The whole amount Rs.530 was deducted as wallet blocked and after that my wallet is working fine. They don’t even reply at their 24*7 helpline on their app and the customer care gets connected after 15-20 minutes. They think I should beg to them for my Rs.530 and they think they are much powerful to treat like this to common people of India.
I want that PAYTM should refund my money as soon as possible and request all the people to please check your paytm wallet regularly.
